JID
Featuring Imagine Dragons ft. Arcane tells the story of two young orphaned sisters growing up and getting into trouble in the twin cities of Zaun and Piltover. The series is based on the video game League of Legends, and while it does draw you right into this fictional world, the time and care taken to create the locations and characters is commendable.
There’s incredible attention to detail
The solid character development and world building means that this is a thoroughly enjoyable watch without knowing anything about the game. The animation is just about perfect. As an anime fan, I found the animation in Arcane to be far superior to anything I’ve ever seen in an animated series.
It’s clear that no artistic talent or financial expense was spared in bringing the world of Runeterra to life
A great soundtrack, great acting, and a gripping story that doesn’t offend any of the violence and more adult themes. Only the first three episodes have been released so far, and I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us! No need to waste time scrolling endlessly – here’s a whole bunch of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
